Pricing Policies

At RideNex, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our pricing is designed to provide comfort, safety, and affordability for all our customers. Please review the following policies before booking a ride or tour with us:

1. Base Fare & Minimum Charges

Every ride includes a fixed base fare, which covers the initial kilometers.
A minimum charge applies to all bookings, even for short-distance rides.

2. Per-Kilometer Charges

Charges are calculated on a per-kilometer basis after the base fare.
Extra kilometers will be charged as ₹15 per-kilometer.
Rates may vary for hatchbacks, MUVs, SUVs, and tempo travellers.

3. Time-Based Charges

Waiting time (if any) will be charged as per the waiting rate mentioned during booking.

4. Peak Hour & Seasonal Pricing

During peak traffic hours, festivals, or holiday seasons, dynamic pricing may apply.
Customers will always be notified of fare updates before confirming the ride.

5. Parking & State Taxes

All parking fees, and interstate taxes are to be paid by the customer in addition to the ride fare.

6. Tour Packages

Fixed-price tour packages are available (city tours, outstation trips, holiday packages).
Package rates are inclusive of vehicle, driver, toll and fuel but exclude parking, and entry fees at tourist spots.

7. Night Charges

Additional night charges (10 PM – 6 AM) may apply for late-night or early-morning rides.

8. Advance Booking & Cancellation Policy

For outstation and package tours, customers may be required to pay an advance booking amount.
Cancellations made:
- 24+ hours before trip – Full refund of advance.
- Less than 24 hours – Partial refund.
- Last-minute/no-show – No refund.

9. Payment Methods

We accept cash, UPI online payments.
Final fare will be displayed before payment confirmation.

10. Transparency Commitment

No hidden charges – all costs are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
In case of disputes, our support team will resolve pricing issues fairly.
